Though i was interviwed for L4, i was approved L3 at Google(MTV). I currently work at Amazon(Seattle) as SDE1 and have been in the team for ~1.2 years. My manager recently started dicusssion about my promotion to SDE2 and is willing to intiatizate the process soon (not sure if it would be in July/Oct 2021).
Given this scenario, would it be worth swtiching to Google? how is the promotion process at Google?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
