Hi I am currently working in the domain where we use

JAVA, Spring, SpringBoot, Restful services to connect and we have our servers on linux boxes.

I have got an opportunity for a different domain, where they use golang for backened development, and every service is in cloud. Domain is more like a company like vmware.

Considering the pay is same in both company what should I do?
I am thinking if I take new opportunity, will I be jack of all and master of none....No expertise but will know many different technologies...Or should I wait in current firm and master Data structure, design by self learning. Please HELP!!
