Hi Leetcoders! I need your help to decide whether switch or not. I started my career in a Good Company in 2020. But due to covid, I was lay off from there and then had a bad experience for 3 months in a Early Stage Startup. Now after 2 Lay offs, I joined a small client based but best company to learn and working since last 6 months on 6 LPA. Now I got a offer from a 5-6 year old good funding Startup of 14 LPA. But work enviorment is hectic there! My current organization is able to give me 10 LPA. Should I retain here or leave? As if I leave it would me my 3th switch with 1 yr exp.
