I have got 60% hike on my current Salary. My Manager is trying to retain me by giving hike.
Should I get retained ? Or move on to new company where I would have new challenges and technologies to learn.

I am having doubt if I get retained will the manager think about me in a wrong way that this guy is sitting on high package and we must find a replacement for him.
