Need help in figuring out whether to move to INDIA or aim for my life in Canada/USA

Total Savings : 75k USD ~ 100k CAD ~ 60 Lakhs

Payscale (US) : 105k USD
Location (US) : Raleigh, North Carolina.
WLB : Great
H1b didn't get picked till now so moved to Canada on Closed Work Permit

CANADA
Tenure: [2020-Till Date]
Company: Transferred from US on Closed Work Permit, had a branch office in Canada ( tier 2 company )
Payscale (CA) : 98k CAD
Location (CA) : Toronto.
WLB : Great
PR is in process.

INDIA
Received an offer from a Startup in USA, Work Location Hyderabad. Remote till Dec 2022.
Company: 2016 founded startup. Recent Evaluation 2B$,RecentFunding:100M$
Payscale (IND) : 60k USD / 75k CAD / 45 Lakh per annum + 12,000 equity ~ 100k USD vested 4 years + lot of perks
Location (HYD) : Homeplace
WLB : Will be poor. More expectations for the payscale. ( Lot of things to Learn )
Possibilty to relocate to Canada in future with the startup

Things running in my mind:

1. My current Tier 2 USA company is ready to sponsor L1 VISA and H1B for the next 5 years.
2. Estimated Canada PR approval time : 6 months, Once PR is approved, lot of opportunities over their.
3. Very good payscale in India, can't ask more for my age and work exp.

PS: Been in USA for 5 years, really liked the lifestyle over their. Made lot of friends, had some great time.

Wondering what should be a better choice ? What's better option for the future long term ? Should i choose US, CA or India ?
