Hi All,

I have been made an offer from an early staged startup called Likeminds community. They have offered me around 35 percent raise in salary but the work will be 6 days a week and 12 hours a day as I sensed from the interviews. Currently I am working in a 5 day work week company with a satisfactory work life balance.
I know there will be a lot of learning but should I join them or wait for a better offer.
I applied to their company just for practice of interviwing.
