currently i am placed in healthcare service company as trainee SE but from past 5 months they are giving trainings and trainings ,no practical work.so should i leave or continue it (parallely upskilling) .so my doubt is whether i should make more side projects or focus on DSA.there is a bond for 2.5 years.any suggestion would be helpful for my career
