What Position Do I Apply For? Need Help!!

Hi Everyone!

I'm currently 23, and I graduated with a C.E. degree in 2019. So here's my dilemma. It's been 2 years since I graduated, so a lot of the recent grad positions instant reject me because I'm not seen as a recent grad anymore. Additionally, I didn't learn enough software dev skills (DS&A, System Architecture involved w/ software, unit testing, etc.) in college to be able to confidently say that I meet the requirements for software jobs that aren't entry level positions.

My question is what roles should I apply for if I can't apply to recent grads and I feel like I can't apply to positions labeled "software engineering" since the background is a little more thorough (Usually 1-2 more years of coding experience, as well as more detailed requirements for the position such as knowledge of cloud services, machine learning, etc.).

Also second question, does anyone know of any opportunities where I can learn these skills needed for a software job outside of a coding bootcamp?

Any help is appreciated!!
