I am currently working at a fortune 100 finance + annutity + banking company in mumbai.
My current compensation is Rs7.4lpa of which Rs6.4lpa is fixed.
I recently recieved an offer from a unicorn in delhi with CTC 13lpa of which 12lpa is fixed should i switch?
Raise in my org will be 20%+ for the first year after which it will be between 10-20% until i get another promotion( which will be after 3-4 years).
I am a 2020 graduate and have 9 months of FTE experience and 8 months of internship experience.
