I have offers from Deloitte for Business Technology Analyst profile and from BNY Mellon Technology for SDE profile. I am totally confused about which one to accept. From what I have researched and found through the reviews on various websites, It says that there is no work life balance at deloitte and they make you work for crazy long hours and might even ask you to work on projects and technologies that you may not even be interested in. But better growth opportunities are there. In contrast BNY mellon has proper work life balance but less growth opportunities.
BNY Mellon is offering slightly better compensation than Deloitte but I don't want to consider only money as a factor. If you can provide any suggestions, please help.
