I am having 6 years of experience(3 years in service based and 3 years in product based). I am looking for a change as i feel there is no scope of improvement in my current company. I am earning 8LPA in india, can you guys a suggest a way to switch to other company with better pay. And please suggest how much i can ask in an interview?
