Hi leetcode community, i have around 6.5 years of experince in backend development and testing (have worked in 4 companies in past), i recently joined a big US product mnc, in my past years of experince i have worked with middle sized or small companies, and it has been 2.5 months since i have joined this organization and there has been no work since now, and things really move slowly here and there is more of documentation stuff than development which i am not used to , so i am not feeling good about it, i am thinking whether i should search for job or wait for 1 year upskill more and then search for job ?

can you please advice?

ps- i had changed frequently as i started int testing but later got intrest in dev and was not getting opportunities internally
