My current company has increased it's notice period policy from 2 to 3 months. I am a junior developer and I wanted to switch but due to 3 months notice period the HR in other companies stops the interview process. I have been rejected in the 5th round as well due to this policy.
Should I resign and then search for jobs with more DSA and Design Practice or should I keep on looking for other jobs while working in my current company. Considering the fact that the work I am doing in the current company is not at all relevant and I have more potential than that.
