Hey guys, I am expecting an offer from Grab. Can someone help me with the rough idea of how much do Grab pay for Software Engineer role.

Other Details:
YOE: 1 year 3 months (out of which 6 months is intern experience)
Current CTC: 14 LPA (10 base + 2 variable + 2 stocks)
Also having another offer in hand from a startup : 16 LPA(15 base + 1 Bonus)

Also,would love to hear from you guys about your advice on whether I should I join Grab or Startup. Please provide insights in terms of work life balance, work culture, work quality, perks etc.
