I am an engineer with 6 months experience working with BNY Mellon. I do not know much about the increments and performance bonuses at BNY Mellon. People on Glassdoor suggest it is low.
However, I read that Arcesium has a great increment policy. They are however offering me only a 17 percent increment on my base. Which of these companies can help me to grow both technically and monetarily?
