I have a Google Phone interview coming up and mostly it would be taken by someone outside of India. So wanted to check with you guys who had similar experience with Phone interviews being conducted by outside India people.

Also what are the chances of getting asked hard questions if the interviewer is from outside india? Does it increase my chances of passing the interviews?
