Current exp- 4 +yrs\nCurrent company- product based \nCurrent salary- 12.5 lpa (fixed)\n1 offer- 18.5 lpa- fixed ( product based)\nTech stack: java\nCurrent location: Noida\n\nWhen i told any other recruiter that i have offer of 18.5 , then they only offer 19 or 20 lpa. Not more than that, So how i should ask for more or can negotiate ?  I am targetting atleast 22 lpa. \nWhats the standard salary for 4+yrs ?  Need your suggestions?
