I recently got selected for SDE 2 at Ola, Pune.
From glassdoor reviews, It seems very poor culture - Calling back employees working from office from December 2020, Saturday working, Loss of pay if rules are not followed. So it sounds pretty rough from team culture.

Any suggestions/reviews about the team culture, teams, peers, growth scope, learning scope, pay raise?

I am currently working at a US service based startup which has a pretty decent pay as per my experience (3.6 Y), best work life balance one can ask for, awesome manager, superb team culture, and awesome supportive upper management, most probably it's going to provide permanent work from home as well. Just It doesn't have that brand name as Ola.

I am not able to decide if I should go for it or not? Any suggestions or anything I should know about while making the decision? Please help.
