1. Are FAANG companies or any other US tech companies hiring from India this year for their US offices?

2. If so, when can the person start working? From October onwards (i.e. if the person gets H1B visa) OR right away WFH through virtual onboarding?

3. Since people are WFH, is the compensation based as per US or India?
