I am a 2020 grad currently working as a SDE at a large American Bank. I hold a strong position in the team based on my work. My manager too is quite happy with my work.
However, I have received an offer for SDE1 from Arcesium. HR told that she can not offer more than 16(which includes employer PF contribution) + min 1 lakh performance bonus. My current compensation is 13 lpa base + employer PF contribution + a handsome joining bonus. What should I be expecting considering my situation? They said they are going to build office in Delhi so it was sounding lucrative to me.
