I have been applying for various companies since 2 months. I have 4 years of development experience in C#, most companies are not even considering my application. I have decent knowledge over data structures and algorithms and I'm sure I would be able to pick up any other programming language on the job.
I ahev learnt a lot from this community and would like to ask you guys some suggestions of companies that does not bias applicants based on programming language but tests the skills.
Would love to know if you guys know any such companies apart from the big names like Amazon and Microsoft.
