Hi Everyone, I recently received offer for SDE roles at Walmart lab(IN3) and Zeta(SDE2) for Bangalore location. Compensation wise both companies are offering exactly same(~30 lakhs per annum). Which one I should choose?

1. How is the work life balance, growth opportunity, job security and team culture in both companies?
2. Does Walmart labs uses old techstack?
3. How stable Zeta is in time of pandemic?

Any other points which can help me to choose between those. Thank you.
