Hi,\n\nMy 3 rounds in Microsoft went great for Senior SDE role. The coding solutions were perfect but design was something which I feel could have been better. But my last round with Senior Engg manager did not go that great since he delved into security and design area where I do not shine. Does it mean they wont consider me?
