I am working as a software engineer ( 2020 grad ) and my compensation is average to decent ( not very good ) compared to all freshers. But I have seen that there is not much hike or compensation growth in my company, i have been trying to switch to other better product based companies but have not attained any success, i get to the last stages and then suddenly recruiting coordinator ghosts me, I am frustrated and dont know what to do.
I sometimes feel bad and full of thoughts and emotions about how I will lag behind since I got to a scenario where I am helpless, kindly pour in your suggestions from your experience, any advices are welcome.
