I have offers from both Salesforce (AMTS) and Microsoft (L59), and I have to choose one. Pay is almost the same (slightly more in MS).
Probable teams Microsoft Azure, Salesforce - Salesforce Industries

Salesforce Pros:
Better employee satisfaction/culture, rated among top places to work
Better Work Life Balance
Faster growth (or so I have heard)

Microsoft Pros:
Bigger Company, Well Known (looks good on resume)
Better performing stocks

Doubts:

1. Microsoft tech-stack is C#, which people say as worthless outside MS, true/false??? does that impact future prospects???
2. Salesforce uses proprietary Apex language (based on Java), does that impact future prospects???
3. Impact of Microsoft on resume vs Salesforce culture, WLB
4. If planning for Masters sometime later, does that impact the decision process.
5. Target performance bonus = 20% in msft and 10% in salesforce, whats the average given

Please help me clear my doubts and give your suggestion.
