Can someone please help me, how much salary we can expect from Paytm, Noida for Senior Sowtware Engineer?

Current Position - SDE-2 (small indian startup)
Current CTC - 20 LPA (fixed)

Other offers: 27 (fixed) + 5 LPA (/4yr) stock - from two startups

I have one appraisal cycle in March 2021, where I would be expecting 20% hike on my current salary.
