I am currently working in a service based startup in Kolkata. I have an overall experience of ~3 years. I recently promoted to Senior Software Engineer with a revised CTC of ~13 LPA (~INR 11.5 LPA base and INR 1.5L yearly bonus). I am happy with my company's work culture and how it's management handles the COVID-19 situation but the problem is I am getting bored with my job day by day as it feels like doing same work for number of projects and my learning curve has been almost straighten in past 1 year. I was good at coding but I have never done hardcore competitive coding in my career. I want to start competitive coding again, but sometimes it feels like I am too late. Also, being in a startup culture you do not have enough time per day to invest in new things as compare to other MNC.

Can anyone guide me or suggest me how can I restart my career?
Is it really too late to became an SDE 1?
What should be my approach to overcome this?
