Hi LC community,

I have a question (that has probably been asked before). I accepted a good offer from a big(not FAANG) company in the Bay area, a month back. I had been reached out by a Google recruiter around the same time, and I gave it a shot. I passed my phone screen, now I have an onsite. My question is, if I make it all the way to the offer, how ethical would be to leave my current company and join Google? I am very confused and want to know if my company may take any actions against me.
