People strive for months to get into FAANGs. That is the mission. Once you are done with the mission, what to do you plan for you career?

The default options include but not limited to netflix and chill, stay in touch with leetcode grind, try for a promotion, etc.

I am more interested in long term career plans. I would like to understand what else can you plan keeping 1 year or 2 years in perspective.
