Two years ago I've had an on-site interview at Google Zurich.

I've reapplied again and my recruiter has scheduled me for a technical phone interview.

I thought I would be directly brought to the on-site interview (since I've already reached this stage last time).

What is the typical procedure, has anyone been in a similar situation?
