Hello,

Currently I am working as an SDET(4 years) in a MNC company. I want to get into Software Development in any top technology companies(the reason is I am always fond of deep technical knowledge but as an SDET I feel it is always limited).

I know what I want to be but I dont know how I can be.

Could anyone please advise/guide me with this, I would really appreciate your help.
