Hi,

When I am comparing pay between Amazon DE vs SDE L5 roles. I found difference in pay even though both belongs to same L5 role.

Amazon DE2 Salary : ~28LPA from Glassdoor. (including bonus).
Amazon SDE2 Salary : ~ 35 to 40 LPA from Leetcode (including bonus).

Can anyone help me why pay is different between this two roles?
